Dianne Nott / Director & Senior Consultant
Dianne Nott founded Clear Communications in March 1996.
A career communications professional, her early appointments were in the aviation industry as head of Press and PR and then Deputy Head of External Affairs for Manchester Airport. From here she joined BAA as General Manager Public Affairs at the time of floatation.
A move to the chemical industry provided significant issues management experience. She also had responsibility for developing an integrated marketing communications programme for ICI's Chlor Chemicals business.
Her last 'in-house' move was to the utility Manweb as Head of PR. Here she managed a team with responsibility for a substantial corporate community investment programme, Government/parliamentary relations, media relations and investor relations. She was also advisor to the sales and marketing departments on advertising and promotions.

Laura Hill / Account Director
Laura joined Clear Communications in 2001, with 12 years experience as a PR consultant with UK and International PR agencies, and in-house with Guinness and Viners of Sheffield.
She currently manages blue-chip business-to-business accounts including BNFL, Nickel Development Institute and Agility Logistics.
She has previous PR experience with Pirelli, Merck Sharp & Dohme, Barclays Bank and Standard Chartered Bank.
Her prime expertise lies in media relations and corporate communications.
With strong journalistic skills, she has proven success in achieving media respect. Laura is an associate member of the Institute of Public Relations and the Association of British Science Writers.

Helen Clark / Account Manager
Helen is a marketing communications specialist with hands-on and strategic management skills. Prior to joining Clear she worked for blue-chip companies including ICI Acrylics, Saatchi & Saatchi, Cooperative Bank, Gradus group and Interflora.
She is experienced in translating business objectives into effective communications strategies, with proven success in the financial services, insurance, publishing, manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors. She is also an accredited journalist, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Institute of Direct Marketing.

Jenny Porter / Account Executive
Jenny Porter joined Clear Communications in 2000. She was previously a member of BNFL's in-house PR team. Her experience includes corporate communications and media relations plus publication production and editing.
A qualified counsellor, she has specialist skills which are particularly valuable when applied to employee/community relations. Immediately prior to joining Clear, Jenny worked in Training & Management Consultancy, specialising in behavioural analysis.

Mike Bold / Account Executive
Mike Bold became a consultant with Clear Communications during 1999.
He has extensive PR experience both in-house and in consultancy. perspectives. Over a ten year period in BNFL's corporate communications department he was responsible for a broad range of communications issues. His experience covers publications, films and videos, public affairs, crisis management, exhibitions, advertising and media affairs.
He then joined the consultancy Harrison Cowley PR before becoming Corporate Communications Manager for Ciba Specialty Chemicals.
Mike then returned to consultancy on secondment to ICI. Here he managed all aspects of internal and external communications relating to a major land contamination issue close to one of the company's manufacturing sites.
He is experienced in targeting diverse audiences ranging from concerned local residents and community action groups, to key shareholders, regulatory bodies and parliamentary representatives.

Isabelle Brooke / Project Manager
Isabelle joined Clear Communications from Templar Housing Association, where she was Corporate Services Director. She has a successful track record in strategic and business planning, change management, internal and external communication, policy formulation and project management.
She has also held a number of consultancy positions for Manweb, Portland International HR consultants and Atlantic Business Centre.
Isabelle is a member of the Chartered Management Insutute.

Elizabeth Irving / Business Administration
Elizabeth provides administrative and secretarial services to the consultancy.
She is a former business centre manager and has 10 years experience working in advertising and public relations.
She has strong research and organisational skills and provides many of the office based client support services.
